Henryk Zieliński (born September 22, 1920 in Szembruczek near Grudziądz ( Powiat Grudziądzki ), † March 6, 1981 in Breslau ) was a Polish historian. His areas of expertise included the recent history of Poland, Silesia , German-Polish relations and the history of political ideas. Since 1962 he was professor at the University of Wroclaw , 1970–1972 also at the Silesian University in Katowice . He was a member of the German-Polish textbook commission . His students include Marian Orzechowski , Adolf Juzwenko and Włodzimierz Suleja .
