Herbert Henry Cousins

Herbert Henry Cousins (* 1869 , † 1949 in Oxford ) was a British agrochemist .

Herbert Henry Cousins ​​studied chemistry at the universities of Oxford and Heidelberg and then returned to Oxford. He became a demonstrator in the chemical laboratory and lecturer at the University of Oxford . In 1894 he went to the College of Agriculture in Wye in the county of Kent . He became an island chemist in Jamaica in 1900 and returned to serve as director of the Department of Agriculture from 1908 to 1932. He died in Oxford in 1949.
