Herbert Kotzab

Herbert Kotzab (* 1965 in Vienna ) is an Austrian logistics scientist. He has been a professor for general business administration and logistics management at the University of Bremen since 2011 .

Life

Herbert Kotzab studied management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and graduated in 1991 as a Mag. Rer. soc. oec. from. It was there that he was awarded a Dr. rer soc. oec (summa cum laude) received his doctorate and habilitation in business administration in 2002. In 2003 he was awarded the Cardinal Innitzer Prize for Social and Economic Sciences .

Kotzab works as a reviewer for numerous international trade journals. He is a member and was chairman of the scientific commission for logistics in the association of university lecturers for business administration .
