Herbert Rösler (Author)
Karl Herbert Rösler ( pseudonym Alexander Wolf ; * February 28, 1926 ; † March 16, 2018 ) was a German author .
Life
After completing his studies and a subsequent doctorate, Rösler became a study assessor in 1957 and a teacher in 1959. From the 1960s to the 1980s he taught German and English at the Herderschule Gymnasium in Kassel . He gained fame through the 1963 satire Zur Hölle mit den Paukern , filmed as the first part of Die Lümmel von der Erste Bank , a series of seven German comedies on the subject of school and student pranks, which he wrote under a pseudonym. Additional titles: Die Mittlere Unreife , Der Jahrhundertüpfer .
