Herbert Sernetz

Herbert Sernetz (born January 24, 1938 in Brno ) is a German lawyer .

Life

Sernetz studied law at the University of Munich , where he received his doctorate in 1970. In 1968 he was admitted to the bar and is now a co-owner of a law firm in Munich specializing in corporate law and asset succession.

From August 1997 to August 2005 he was President of the Bavarian Lawyers' Court . He published on corporate and inheritance law.
