Klaus Bauer

Klaus Bauer (born May 19, 1942 ) is a German lawyer .

Career

Bauer studied law in Munich. In 1972 he did his doctorate on a tax law topic under Klaus Tipke , Cologne. In the same year he joined as a government councilor z. A. into the Bavarian financial administration. In 1975 he switched to the legal profession. Since 1978 he has also been a specialist lawyer for tax law .

activity

Bauer's professional activities focus on inheritance law , corporate law and tax law . In these areas, he advises and represents private individuals, companies and tax consultants ("consultants' advisors"). He also gives regular lectures on this in advanced training events for lawyers and tax consultants.

Bauer was a lecturer at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich for contract drafting and president of the Bavarian Lawyers' Court . He has published on tax law issues in the series “Tax Law in the Rule of Law”, a series of countries on international inheritance law and in a manual on legal remuneration law and is an honorary member of the Munich Lawyers' Association.
