Herbert Weidling
Herbert Weidling (born April 25, 1920 in Eckholz , Eckernförde district ; † February 1, 2015 ) was a German architect and politician ( CDU ).
Weidling completed his studies with a degree in engineering. He contributed significantly to the establishment of the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Architects and was its first president from 1966 to 1971. In 2009 the joint Chamber of Architects and Engineers, which has now been merged, appointed Weidling as its honorary president.
On November 14, 1982 he replaced Gerhard Stoltenberg in the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament , to which he was a member until April 1983. There he was a member of the submissions and social committee.
