Heribert Forstner

Heribert Forstner (* 1936 in Linz ) is a retired Upper Austrian civil servant , lawyer and author .

Live and act

Forstner studied Jus at the Leopold-Franzens University Innsbruck and received his doctorate there in 1959. During his tenure in the State service he was head of the press department of the Upper Austrian provincial government and as such, also with the preparation of publications on the villa or about personalities of the province of Upper Austria deals.

Until 1992 he was president of the Upper Austrian Art Association and has been its honorary president ever since.
