Hermann fly
Hermann Fliege (born September 9, 1829 , Stendal ; † November 8, 1907 in Saint Petersburg ) was a German composer and conductor . In 1882 he became the conductor of the 100-member court orchestra of the Russian Tsar Alexander III. appointed and thus the first music director of the later St. Petersburg Philharmonic . He held this post until his death in 1907.
