Hermann Hilmer (Pastor)

Hermann Hilmer (full name Heinrich Christian Hermann Hilmer ; born November 6, 1841 in Burgdorf ; † October 1, 1916 ) was a German Protestant pastor , senior and superintendent .

Life

Hilmer visited the school Josephinum in Hildesheim and the school Georgianum in Lingen before at the University of Goettingen the tray theology studied. At Easter 1867 he was employed in Hanover as a full professor at the Quinta at the secondary school there . He last worked at this school at Christmas 1873 as professor of the lower secondary school . On December 3, 1873, he took over the position of second preacher at the St. Aegidienkirche in Hanover .

Hilmer, who also worked as a senior in Hanover, last worked as the first pastor at the Aegidienkirche, as well as superintendent before he retired.
