Hermann Hoppe

Hermann Hoppe (born June 15, 1865 in Hirschberg , Lower Silesia ; † November 2, 1921 there ) was a German goldsmith and writer.

Life

Hoppe came from a long-established family in Hirschberg. His father was a goldsmith and Hoppe took over his father's business after receiving appropriate training. Hoppe remained true to his profession throughout his life and over the years he published a number of plays, novels and short stories. At the age of 56, Hermann Hoppe died on November 2, 1921 in Hirschberg and found his final resting place there.
