Hermann Laferl

Hermann Laferl (born May 18, 1910 in Neusiedl am Steinfeld , † August 15, 1991 ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ), farmer and master mason. Laferl was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from 1954 to 1974 .

Laferl attended elementary and secondary school and then completed an apprenticeship as a bricklayer. As a result, he worked professionally as a farmer and master mason, living in Weikersdorf am Steinfelde . In addition, he was awarded the professional title of Economics Council. After the Second World War, Laferl was mayor of Weikersdorf between 1945 and 1980, and from 1966 to 1973 he was chairman of the Association of Lower Austrian Municipal Representatives of the ÖVP. Laferl represented the ÖVP between November 10, 1954 and July 11, 1974 in the Lower Austrian state parliament.
