Hermann Nappe

Hermann Nappe (born March 30, 1875 in Huntlosen near Oldenburg in Oldenburg ; † December 21, 1943 in Itzehoe ) was an NSDAP politician and was acting mayor of the city of Itzehoe for one year .

Life

Nappe signed up on October 4, 1892, for a twelve-year service with the Imperial Navy . After his military service, he went to the city administration of Cottbus as a department head in 1904 . On October 11, 1916, he moved to the city ​​administration in Itzehoe, where he was promoted to office director on April 1, 1916. He had been in the city's magistrate for the NSDAP since December 13, 1929 and joined the party on October 1, 1930 ( membership number 343.007). On April 15, 1933, he replaced Mayor Adolf Rohde in office and was acting mayor of the city until 1934.

Nappe had been married to Anna Böge since August 9, 1921 and lived in 1936 at Liliencronstrasse 13 in Itzehoe, where he died of a heart attack at the age of 68 at the end of 1943 .

He is briefly mentioned in the novel Söldner und Soldat (1935) by Bodo Uhse , who was a member of Itzehoe's city ​​council in 1929 .
