Hermann Wißmann (post office clerk)
Hermann Wißmann (born September 18, 1918 in Kiel ) is a German postal worker.
Life
After graduating from high school in Kiel in 1937, he studied physics in Vienna, Graz, Karlsruhe and Frankfurt am Main, where he graduated as a physicist. Military service interrupted his professional career. In 1945 he joined the postal service and worked in the telecommunications system of the Deutsche Bundespost in several cities. From 1972 to 1983 he was President of the Landespostdirektion Berlin .
