Hermann von Münster (Canon)

Hermann von Münster (* in the 14th century; † May 15, 1449 ) was a canon in Münster .

Life

As the son of Hermann von Münster zu Botzlar and his wife Oda von Lüdinghausen, Hermann von Münster came from the highly free Westphalian noble family von Münster . He has been active as a canon at the Old Cathedral in Münster and in Paderborn since 1424, and was first mentioned in a document as the Cathedral Lord on May 25, 1433. Hermann was a scholar in St. Martini in Münster and a member of the Domkaland.
