Hernâni Broco
Hernâni Manuel Conceicão Broco (born June 13, 1981 in Torres Vedras ) is a Portuguese cyclist .
Hernâni Broco won a stage at the Grande Prémio CTT Correios de Portugal in 2001 . In 2003 he became the Portuguese champion in the U23 road race. The next year he became a professional with the LA-Pecol team . In his second season there, Broco won the first stages of the Grande Prémio do Minho and was third overall. At the Grande Prémio Barbot, he was successful on the second leg in 2007. Four years later he celebrated his most important international victory of his career to date when he won a stage of the Tour of Portugal .
In 2004 Broco was fined 2000 Swiss francs for doping with corticosteroids .
