Heinersdorf manor house

The Heinersdorf manor , also known as the castle or manor house, is a listed building in the Steinhöfeler district of Heinersdorf in the Brandenburg district of Oder-Spree . The house in need of renovation has been empty since the turn of the millennium.

The building, which dates back to the beginning of the 17th century, was owned by Franz von Meinders , a diplomat in the service of the Great Elector . The original valuable stucco from the Baroque period on the upper floor of the house is probably of Italian origin, comparable to that in Köpenick Castle . The building was expanded in 1886 by alterations and extensions by the manor Günther Schulz von Heinersdorf and changed again in the 20th century.

architecture

The symmetrical, two-storey building with a protruding risalit and a pillar-supported portico is covered with tiles. The two three-axis side wings are structured with flat pilasters , the risalit is also framed with wide pilasters, and a high arcade window opens above the portico.
