Herrenstrasse 9 (Memmingen)
The house with the address Herrenstraße 9 in the Swabian town of Memmingen is a three-storey eaves building that is a listed building.
The house with five axes was built around 1570. The core is likely to be of an older date. The upper floor is built over a basket arch frieze typical for Memmingen on consoles. To the north of the central entrance there is a dwelling , with three modern dormer windows installed on the roof .
The basement has been modernized with shop fittings. The entrance to the shop is roughly in the middle of the eaves side, facing Herrenstrasse, the upper floors can be reached via the entrance at the northern end of the eaves side. In the rear part of the ground floor there is a two-aisled hall with two bays . The edges of the central pillar and the dividing arches are bevelled.
