Herrmann Kricheldorff , also Hermann Kricheldorf or Herrmann Krichelsdorf (born before 1900; died after 1926) was a German cameraman in the silent film era .

Kricheldorff, who was also written to Hermann Kricheldorf or Krichelsdorf , was verifiably involved in six films during the 1920s.

In 1918 he filmed the comedy two-act play “Aha, now I have her” for the company of William Karfiol and for the “BZ-Film” by Dr. Linsert (Berlin) the Ukrainian national epic “ Mazeppa, the people's hero of Ukraine ” with Werner Krauss in the title role. In 1919 he photographed, again for “BZ-Film”, their “socio-political” film “The Naked”, which had to be renamed “Sister Martha” after the decision of the censorship authority; Martin Berger was the author of the manuscript and director of both films . In 1920 he worked for Lux-Film GmbH Berlin in their social drama "Between Lipp 'und Kelchesrand" staged by Rudi Bach and for the Deutsche Lichtbild-Gesellschaft eV (DLG) in Berlin in Hans Werckmeister's film drama " Algol ", but here only the last three days of shooting in replacement for Axel Graatkjaer .

In 1926 he also appeared as a producer of the short documentary films “Erlauschtes aus dem Leben der Insektes” and “Auf dem Bergriesen”, both of which were made at “Terra-Filmverleih GmbH” in Berlin.

After 1926, there are no more known films with his participation.
