The Hettene ( Norwegian for hats ) are a group of nunataks in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . In the Sør Rondane mountains they rise up on the western flank of Hettebreen .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named them descriptively, mapped them in 1957 using aerial photographs taken during the US Operation Highjump (1946–1947).
