The Villa Hildachstrasse 17 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1913/14. The former residential and office building is a protected architectural monument .

history

The villa belonged to the complex of the harrow factory Fischer and Steffan, of which only one hall remains . The company's offices were originally located on the ground floor and the factory owner's apartment above.

description

The neo-classical building was built by the Ott brothers . The hipped roof building with flat pilaster strips is now used as an apartment building. Above the door there is a relief with a blacksmith working on an anvil . A factory hall can be seen at the bottom left.
