Ott brothers
The brothers Martin and Valentin Ott were architects in today's Obermenzing district of Munich at the beginning of the 20th century .
Life
The father of Martin (* 1883; † 1957) and Valentin Ott (* 1886; † 1973), Johann Martin Ott (* 1856 in Rimpach ), taught from 1902 as main teacher at the elementary school in Obermenzing on Pippinger Straße. With his wife Elisabeth Birnkammer (* 1860 in Moosburg an der Isar ) he had five sons: Konrad (* 1882; † 1936), Martin, Max (* 1885; † 1935), Valentin (also called Valle ) and Franz (* 1889 ).
In 1909 the brothers Martin and Valentin Ott founded an architectural office in Obermenzing and built numerous buildings in Pasing and Obermenzing .
