The building at Dachstraße 38/40 , which belongs to the Pasing forest colony , in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich , was built in 1913. The semi-detached house on Dachstrasse , which was built by the Ott brothers , is a protected architectural monument .

The hipped roof was built in the late Art Nouveau style. No. 40 has a central rotunda flanked by polygons on the ground floor. At house number 38, the swallow's nest bay with a domed roof on the upper floor stands out.
