The building at Dachstrasse 7 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1902. The villa in Dachstrasse , which was built according to plans by the architect Julius Völk , is a protected monument .

The villa, on the early development of forest colony Pasing heard is a simple gabled building with hipped , by projections, bay cluttered appear and cross roofs. The garden wall with semicircular openings is also a listed building.
