The building at Dachstrasse 29/31 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built between 1899 and 1900. The semi-detached house in Dachstraße , which was built according to plans by the architects Anton Thunig and Andreas Pabst, is a protected monument .

The house, which is part of the first development of the Pasing forest colony , in the country house style with half-timbered decorations has been simplified slightly. The polygonal stair tower of No. 31 originally had a steep helmet.
