The building at Dachstrasse 27 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1899. The villa in Dachstrasse , which was built according to plans by the architects Anton Thunig and Andreas Pabst, is a protected monument .

The group building, which is part of the initial development of the Pasing forest colony , in the country house style with half-timbered gables has been simplified. The stair tower originally had an additional storey and a pointed helmet .
