The building at Dachstrasse 44 , which belongs to the Pasing forest colony , in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich , was built in 1914. The villa on Dachstrasse , which was built by the Ott brothers , is a protected monument .

The saddle roof building in the late Art Nouveau style has a stair tower on the eaves. The gable front structure consists of a central protrusion of the rotunda with flanking polygonal oriels .
