The group building, which is part of the early development of the Pasing forest colony , was built for Gottfried Schweisgut like the twin houses Dachstrasse 35/37 and Dachstrasse 43/45 . Gable-bearing projections and a stair tower are attached around the pyramid roof . The multi-family house has one apartment with a central corridor on each floor. In the attic there was originally a studio with a high window.
