The building at Dachstrasse 35/37 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1901. The semi-detached house on Dachstrasse , which was built according to plans by the architect Johann Schalk, is a protected architectural monument .

The house which for the early development of forest colony Pasing part is, by mirror-image sides risalits divided, each Schwalbennester oriel wear. Both houses have an apartment with a central corridor on each floor. The building was constructed for Gottfried Schweisgut like the twin house at Dachstrasse 43/45 .

The painter Julius Victor Carstens (1849–1908) lived in house no. 37 and in 1902 he had the studio extension, which was changed in 1961, built.
