The house at Alte Allee 29 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1912. The house in the Alte Allee is a protected architectural monument .

description

The two-storey villa in the historicizing style was built by the brothers Martin (* 1883) and Valentin Ott (* 1886; † 1971). The roof shape with hip and the ornate bay window on the street-side facade are remarkable .
