The house at Alte Allee 2 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1897. The house in the Alte Allee is a protected architectural monument .

location

The house Alte Allee 2 borders with the western long side and a corner bay window over three floors on the Pippinger Straße , as the Alte Allee begins at the confluence of the Pippinger Straße, where only the house No. 4 is located.

description

The three-storey house was built according to plans by the architect August Exter . The residential building with a citizens' office on the ground floor was built in the neo-renaissance style. It has a plaster structure and a tail gable facing the street, which ends with a relief of a head. The corner bay window with a hood and a half-timbered upper floor is crowned by a roof pommel. All windows are arched and have wooden shutters. The inscription “A Dom 1897” (In the year of the Lord 1897) is located under the two windows of the tail gable. A relief of the Madonna and Child in a wreath of flames is attached to the bay window .
