The building at Baumbachstrasse 9 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1912. The building, originally built as the Gasthaus zur Linde , is a protected monument .

The baroque mansard roof was built by the Ott brothers . It borders on a simultaneously laid out industrial area with, for example, the Munich harrow factory .

In the two-story house there is now a restaurant with outdoor management (former beer garden ) on the ground floor and apartments on the upper floors.
