Hildegund Amanshauser

Hildegund Amanshauser (* 1955 in Austria ) is an Austrian art historian .

Life

Amanshauser studied art history, classical archeology and philosophy in Salzburg and Vienna . It was in 1981 at the University of Salzburg with the theme "Studies on the writings of Adolf Loos" doctorate . She curated exhibitions at the Museum of Modern Art Vienna , the Vienna Secession , the Salzburg Art Association and the Münster Art Academy . From 2004 to 2009 she was professor for art and the public at the Art Academy in Münster. Since 2009 she has been director of the Salzburg Summer Academy .
