Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. is a hotel and time-sharing company based in Orlando, Florida , USA. It operates hotels in Las Vegas , Nevada , Oahu , Hawaii , New York , Marco Island, Florida and Sanibel Island, among others . It used to be a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton Hotels (now Hilton Worldwide ) until it was spun off together with Park Hotels & Resorts into two separate, publicly traded companies.

Hilton Grand Vacations develops, manages, markets and operates a system of branded resort club resorts. Resort villas are jointly owned by members who use the properties exclusively for a limited period of time (also known as time sharing).

The HNA Group , which remained the largest shareholder after the spin-off from Hilton Worldwide, sold its stake in Hilton Grand Vacations in 2018.
