Hippodamas (son of Acheloos)

Hippodamas ( ancient Greek Ἱπποδάμας ) is in Greek mythology one of the sons of Acheloos and Perimede , daughter of Aiolos . His brother was Orestes .

Hippodamas was the father of Euryte , who gave birth to Porthaon , King of Pleuron and Kalydon , Oineus and Sterope - mother of the sirens in the library of Apollodorus .
