Porthaon
Porthaon ( Greek Πορθάων , Latin often Parthaon ) is the son of Agenor and the Epicaste in Greek mythology , thus a descendant of Endymion . He was king in Pleuron and Kalydon . With Euryte he fathered the sons Oineus , Agrios , Alkathoos , Melas and Leukopeus as well as the daughter Sterope , who is said to have been the mother of the Sirens .
When Homer is considered the king of Calydon and Pleuron Portheus called.
