Kant Pan
Kant Pan (* before 1980 in Hong Kong ) is a film editor .
Life
Pan was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Malaysia and Singapore . He graduated from Hong Kong University with a degree in psychology . He then went to London , where he also studied at the London Film School . From 1980 he worked in the British film industry, initially as an assistant editor and in the area of sound editing.
In 1992, The Crying Game was his first independent work as an editor. For this he was nominated for an Oscar in the category Best Editing in 1993. More than 60 film and television projects followed.
