The Hirschbrauerei Schilling is a brewery in the municipality of Römerstein - located in the Swabian Alb biosphere area . It is the highest brewery in Württemberg . Böhringer beers is the brand name for the brewery's beers. The annual output is 6,000 hectoliters.

Böhringer beers are only available in the region around Münsingen and Bad Urach in the Swabian Alb.

The Hirschbrauerei Schilling KG participates every year in the microbrew market on the southern Münsterplatz in Ulm. In addition, various events, festivals and private individuals are supplied with their own drinks home delivery service in the region.

The brewery is a member of the Brauring , a cooperation between private breweries from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
