The Hochlinfjellet is a 2,760 m high mountain with ice cap in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises east of the Festninga mountain from the Preuschoff ridge in the Mühlig-Hofmann mountains .
Norwegian cartographers used aerial photographs and measurements made by the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960) to re-map and named the mountain after Lars Hochlin (* 1929), radio operator and dog sled driver on this research trip.
