Hochtregist (Grazer Bergland)

Hochtregist is a 761  m above sea level. A. high elevation of the western Graz mountainous region . The summit of the mountain is located in the eastern part of the cadastral municipality of Hochtregist , which belongs to the municipality of Bärnbach , a little west of the municipality border with Geistthal-Södingberg .

The mountain rises between the Tregistbach in the west and the valley of the Södingbach in the east. The scattered settlement of Lichtenegg is located on the southern slope of the Hochtregist . The Hochtregist forms together with the 794  m above sea level. A. high Hochkogel 740  m above sea level A. and the high Schrapfberg a mountain range.
