The Hodge Escarpment is a step in the West Antarctic Queen Elizabeth Land . In the Forrestal Range of the Pensacola Mountains , it extends northeast of Henderson Bluff on the northwest side of the Lexington Table .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1979 after the geophysicist Steven M. Hodge, who worked for the United States Geological Survey from 1978 to 1979 in the Dufek Massif and the Forrestal Range.
