The courtyard complex with watermill ( Hof Klemme ) is a listed complex in Hohenhausen -Dalbke, a village in the municipality of Kalletal in the Lippe district ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

History and architecture

The facility is located about 3.5 km north of the town center in a brook valley and consists of six half-timbered houses. The half-timbered buildings erected in the 18th and 19th centuries stand individually. A major renovation was carried out from 1989 to 2008. The main house is marked 1849 on the carved archway. The major economic plank is received, formerly left stood a cow and a horse stable with right above it Hillen . The kitchen is equipped with a smokehouse. The living area at the back is kept in the traditional three-room scheme. The body breeding is marked with 1828. The rear area of ​​the hallway is now fully built. It is a rare, preserved example of a court grinder for personal use. It was extensively repaired from 1986 to 1987. The barn is accessed from the eaves . A bakery completes the facility.
