The residential building at Hofmillerstraße 26 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1906/07. The villa on Hofmillerstraße is a protected architectural monument .

The half- hipped roof building on the eaves side was built by the architect Franz Seebacher . It has a corner tower with an onion hood and a transverse gable risalit . The number and shape of the tower windows were changed.
