Hofmillerstraße 30 (Munich)
The residential building at Hofmillerstraße 30 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1900. The villa on Hofmillerstraße is a protected architectural monument .
The baroque mansard roof building was probably designed by the August Exter office , as the house shape occurs several times in the Pasing II villa colony . The building has a curved and broken gable and a street-side ground floor bay .
