The Hogs Mouth Rocks ( English for pig's snout rocks ) are a chain of Rifffelsen in the Bay of Isles in the north of South Georgia . They are spread south of Invisible Island .
The American ornithologist Robert Cushman Murphy was the first to map them on his visit to South Georgia (1912–1913) on board the brig Daisy . British Discovery Investigations scientists conducted surveys between 1929 and 1930. The naming background has not survived.
