Holger Heymann

Holger Heymann (born December 7, 1977 in Wittmund ) has been the district administrator of the Wittmund district since 2016 . From 2013 to 2016, the trained banker sat for the SPD in the Lower Saxony state parliament .

biography

Heymann completed his Abitur at the Lower Saxony boarding school in Esens in 1997 and completed an apprenticeship as a banker in 2004 after completing his community service. Holger Heymann is married and has a son and a daughter.

politics

Heymann was elected mayor of Neuschoo in 2009 and has been a member of the Wittmund district council since 2011. In the state elections in Lower Saxony in 2013 , he won the direct mandate in the Wittmund / Insel constituency .

On September 11, 2016, Heymann was elected as the new district administrator of the Wittmund district with 54.5% of the votes in the first ballot and took office on November 1 of the same year. He resigned from the Landtag; Ralf Borngräber moved up for him .

Political party

Heymann has been a member of the SPD since 1997 and has been chairman of the Wittmund district association since 2007.
