Holger M. Pohl

Holger M. Pohl (* 1959 in Großgartach ) is a German author of Fantastik and columnist.

Life

After completing his military service, Pohl first began studying aerospace engineering and later mechanical engineering. He did not complete both courses. He worked as a sales representative for an insurance company and a textile leasing company. Today he works as a team leader in customer service for a direct marketing company.

He has been writing since 1976, but first became known as a regular columnist for the Internet portal Fantasyguide . His first novel appeared in 2014 in the rescue cruiser Icarus series , followed by a first independent fantasy novel on ARKLAND and contributions to The Ninth Expansion .
