Petter Andreas Holger Sinding-Larsen also Peter Andreas Holger Sinding-Larsen (born July 5, 1869 in Christiania ; † December 12, 1938 ) was a Norwegian architect.

Sinding-Larsen is the only Norwegian medalist to date in an Olympic art competition in which he won a silver medal with a design for a blueprint for a gymnastics school in the run-up to the Antwerp Olympic Games in 1920 .

Holger Sinding-Larsen was the son of Nils Ulrik Alfred Sinding-Larsen and Elisabeth Lange. He was trained at the Technical University of Kristianias and at the Technical University of Berlin (1893).

Sinding-Larsen created a church for Vålerenga in 1902 , a chapel on Holmenkollen , the museum buildings in Tøyen (1904–1917), the Oslo University Library (1913–1922) and a church in Lomen (1914). From 1907 to 1924 he was building inspector at the University of Oslo and directed the restoration of the old auditorium and was also the architect for the new auditorium from 1911. He directed the restoration work of Akershus Fortress (1905–1922). Based on his research, he published a building history of Akershus from Håkon V to Christian IV in two volumes (1924–1926). In addition, Sinding-Larsen was head of the state craft and art industry school for many years.
