Holger Stadie

Holger Stadie (born March 23, 1945 ) is a German lawyer and was a professor at the University of Leipzig .

Life

Stadie began studying law in 1964 , which he completed in 1969 with the First State Examination in Law. In 1973 he finished his legal education with the Second State Examination. In the same year he was one of Peter Ulmer supervised thesis on "exclusion of voting rights due to conflict of interests in the law of partnerships" at the University of Hamburg Dr. iur. PhD.

Stadie then initially worked in the Hamburg financial administration and the state finance school. In 1980 he became a professor at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in Hamburg . From 1994 until his retirement in March 2010, Stadie was a professor at the University of Leipzig, where he held the chair for tax law and public law.
