Horseshoe Island is a small island in northeastern Bermuda . The shape of the island resembles a horseshoe ( ger .: horseshoe). It is located between the south-east coast of Saint George's Island and the north-west coast of Paget Island , directly on the Bermudian waterway Town Cut .
Horseshoe Island is connected to the northeastern offshore Higgs Island by an approximately 70 meter long spit . Both islets are densely forested, belong to the Bermuda administrative area of Saint George's Parish , but are not inhabited.
